Course Description

The application of processes and procedures in a legal forum that address the needs of the parties through timely and expedient case disposition, providing a forum for fairness and equality in an environment founded on integrity and ensures access to our courts for everyone.

Course Objectives

The objectives of the course are to enable participants to:

• • Provide Officers with a practical insight of Court proceeding;
• • Prepare participant to attend court;
• • Making Appeals; and
• • Familiarise participants with basic terminology used.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
