The scheduled courses offered are based on the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and run for periods ranging from one to three days. These are paid courses and participants are nominated by their respective ministries, departments, local authorities or parastatal bodies. The programmes are designed to meet specific organisational needs and help officers develop the skills required to perform their duties effectively.
